TeamSystem, an Italian tech company that develops digital solutions for business management of companies and professionals, enters the share capital of Deliverart, an innovative management platform for food delivery, which is also minority owned by Exegesis.
Deliverart, created to simplify multichannel order and delivery management on platforms such as JustEat, Glovo, and Deliveroo, enables restaurateurs to streamline delivery and takeout operations by integrating multiple digital systems to improve efficiency and simplify operations in an integrated ecosystem that connects and consolidates all orders, automatically manages them, and creates multiple delivery routes for riders.
With its adaptive, AI-based algorithm, Deliverart collects, schedules, dispatches, and helps manage all the home orders a restaurant receives, prioritizing them according to kitchen availability and the specific needs of each customer.
This transaction strengthens TeamSystem's presence in the food&beverage management industry, expanding the range of services offered to customers through Deliverart's innovative technology to increasingly improve the experience of restaurateurs by increasing efficiency, organization and ease of use.
