Guided creation process aimed at developing new businesses from scratch (startups and SMEs), leveraging internal and external resources as well as skills and relationships to generate sustainable growth.
Venture Capital ¬
Venture capital investment in unlisted companies with high growth potential, in exchange for corporate holdings, and aimed at realizing gains through divestment (exit strategy).
Open Innovation ¬
Model and mindset that integrates processes and knowledge external and internal to primarily entreprise realities to accelerate innovation and development by collaborating with entities external (startups) to the organization.
Equity Crowdfunding ¬
Raising capital from numerous investors through online platforms to finance startups or SMEs (mainly in the preseed and seed stage), offering company shares of investees in return.
Temporary Management ¬
Temporary employment of experienced managers, guided on a shared path with predefined goals, to govern changes, overcome specific challenges or fill leadership gaps.
Advisory ¬
Strategic consulting service provided by experts to support enterprises (startups and SMEs) especially in critical decisions, performance optimization and risk management.

Anita is the first majority shareholder of Exegesis, with 51 percent of the holding company's shares, and chief executive officer.
Jacopo Paoletti
Founder & Chairman
Doctor of Economics, he is among the pioneers of digital in Italy. An entrepreneur, manager and advisor, he has worked for years in corporate and founded and participated in SMEs and startups. A well-known communicator and marketer, he is a lecturer and author.
Jacopo is the second largest shareholder in Exegesis, with 40 percent of the holding company's shares, and executive chairman.
